Server update, June 14

Today's update fixes an issue where the Corporation Flagship only timed out for 2 hours when jumping out of the White Star manually. After this update the timeout will restore back to the regular time of 8 hours. 

Starting App update rollout, June 11

 Today we are starting deployment of an optional client update with interface improvements and bug fixes.  This update will only available for Android, iOS and Steam, and it will be phased out slowly in the following manner:   On iOS, the update will become gradually available to all players over the next 7 days. You should be able to manually update at any time by going to the App's page on the App Store and selecting Update. Look for version 5.714.3 On Android, the update will become gradually available to all players over the next 7 days. There is no way to get the update earlier than it becomes available for your account. Look for version 5.714.3 on the Play Store.  On Steam, the update should already be available to all players. You may need to restart your Steam client for the update to apply immediately.  Changelog  New Battleship UI for Red and Blue Stars. Allows you to quickly view and select relevant Battleships. If you prefer the old UI, you can disable this new feature

 • Blast shield: Range increased, damage absorbed slightly increased for Blue and White Stars on levels 6-11 • Barrage: Additional damage per player increased for Blue and White Stars  • Server fixes and improvements (no effects to gameplay)

Server update, May 3

 • GENESIS: Daily Amount generated in Yellow Star increased for all levels • Credit rewards from Artifacts increased, both from regular Research and from salvaging. Increased rewards will be applied to newly retrieved Artifacts only. • Flagship: Recoil Module teleport time increased to 10h both ways. Cooldown to return the Flagship to the White Star after jumping out increased to 8h.  • Server fixes and improvements (no effects to gameplay)

• Objectives now refresh every 10 hours, for a much higher daily income • Leap: Activation time increased to 10 sec for Blue Stars • Teleport: Fixed wrong cooldown for level 6 • Server fixes and improvements (no effects to gameplay)

Changes to the Corporation Red Star event

The Corporation Red Star event will return in a shorter, more regular form. Each season will last 48 hours, taking place over a single weekend. Seasons will be held roughly once a month. Season 22 will start on Saturday, March 16 00:00 UTC. There will also be tweaks to the amount of top Corporations that receive Crystal rewards, and to the Crystal amounts themselves. The actual numbers may keep getting tweaked each month. For the current values, see the event page in game.

Server update, February 7

 This update fixes an issue where players were unable to send ships to a late joined Dark Red Star. It also fixes issues with the spawning of Rich Asteroids in Dark Red Stars, when the search was joined via a Corporation post.  This is a server-only update, there's no app update to download. Note: If you are in a Dark Red Star and a player joins after the star was created (via Invite, or from the Corporation search entry), you will see an Out of Sync error. You can reload the game and proceed normally. This issue will be fixed on the next app update. Until then, if you need to work around this issue, make sure everyone joins the search before the star is found (from the Corporation search entry).
